For the purposes of this Return & Exchange Policy:

• Goods refer to the baby products and accessories available for purchase on our Website.
• Orders mean a request placed by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the website and shopping experience provided by Zaat, the Baby Store.

• You means the individual accessing or purchasing from our Website, or the company/other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is acting.

2. Your Exchange Rights
You may request a product exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The 7-day period begins from the date you, or someone you designated (other than the carrier), received the product.
To request an exchange, you must notify us clearly by phone or email. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned Goods in acceptable condition along with proof of purchase.

3. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The Goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Goods not eligible for exchange include:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items that, by nature, cannot be returned (e.g., baby diapers for hygiene reasons)
• Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons
• Sale or discounted items (unless required by law)

We reserve the right to decline exchanges if items do not meet these conditions.

4. Returning Goods for Exchange
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Please send them to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot process exchanges if Goods are lost or damaged in transit.
